Condition of the Item: The product must be in the exact same condition as you received it. This means it must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any damage, stains, or odors. All original tags, labels, and hang tags must remain attached to the garment. Additionally, any original packaging, such as branded dust bags, boxes, or authenticity cards, must be included and returned in the same condition. We cannot accept returns for items that show any signs of wear, use, or handling beyond simply trying the item on.

Timeframe: We require that all return requests be initiated within a specific timeframe from the date you receive your order. This window allows you ample time to try on your purchase, evaluate the fit, and decide if it is right for you. Please refer to your order confirmation or the return portal for the exact number of days you have to start a return. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Final Sale Items: Please be aware that certain items are marked as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return or exchange. These typically include items that are heavily discounted, part of special promotions, or are considered intimate apparel or accessories for hygiene reasons. This will be clearly stated on the product page before you make your purchase. We encourage you to review this information carefully prior to ordering.

How to Initiate a Return

We strive to make initiating a return as easy as possible. The process is designed to be user-friendly and efficient:

Locate the order containing the item you wish to return and select the option to initiate a return. If you checked out as a guest, you can use the order number and your email address to access the return portal.

  3. Print the Return Label: Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label. This label is customized for your return and includes all the necessary tracking information.
  4. Prepare and Ship: Carefully repack the item in its original packaging or a suitable, secure box. Attach the return label to the outside of the package. Please ensure that all original tags and accessories are included inside the package. You can then drop off the package at the designated carrier’s drop-off location or schedule a pickup if the carrier offers that service.

Inspection and Processing

Upon receiving your return package, our team will conduct a thorough inspection of the item. This process is critical to ensure that the product meets all the eligibility criteria outlined above. Our trained quality control specialists will examine the garment for any signs of wear, damage, or alteration. They will also verify that all original tags and packaging are present.

This inspection typically takes place within a few business days of the package arriving at our facility. If the item passes inspection, we will proceed with processing your return.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return has been approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution and the payment method you used.

Refund Amount: The refund amount will be for the full purchase price of the returned item(s), minus any applicable fees, which are clearly communicated during the return process.

Exchanges: We understand that sometimes you simply need a different size or color. We are happy to process exchanges subject to product availability. If you would like to exchange an item, you can indicate this during the return initiation process. Please note that exchange items are subject to availability. If the desired alternative is out of stock, we will process a standard refund instead, and you can place a new order for the item of your choice.

Important Considerations

Hygiene and Safety: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain categories of products, including but not limited to, underwear, swimwear, and any accessories that come into direct contact with the skin.
